VMS - Smart snapshot retrieval

Here you search snapshot results from the intelligent analysis server. You can search the snapshots for human, motor vehicle, and non-motor vehicle.

In order to use this feature, you must have enabled the corresponding smart events under the Device Settings section of Add, Edit or Delete Device page.

To use Smart Snapshot Retrieval, select the camera(s) to investigate at the top. Below, select the target you want to match, the event type, and start and end times. Keep the Search Source set to Intelligent Server.

Click Search. Luma VMS provides a series of thumbnails.

Select any or all of the results and click Export to save the selected images.

If you hover over a thumbnail, three icons appear.

• Click the play icon to open the playback interface and play the recording.

• Click the document icon to view the snapshot details, including the original image, target picture, snapshot type, etc.

• Click the download icon to download the captured picture.
