310 NVRs may report as being disconnected from OvrC while still working via LumaLink. Reboot the NVR to reset the OvrC agent, and the 310 NVR will report the proper status.

When using the Luma App for iOS, if there is no video file available for the stream type (Sub-Stream is the default), the app replies "No Record Found." The app does not search through all recordings of the desired channel. The user must manually change to Main Stream to view the playback on iOS.

PTZ cameras have separate presets than those set in the NVR.

You cannot call a preset during smart tracking.

When using a PTZ through Control4, you cannot call a PTZ function.

Web Connect live view does not work.

Custom display settings cannot be deleted.

On the NVR or in OvrC, you cannot set a White Light schedule go to from p.m. to a.m. (e.g., turn light on from 6:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.). You can bypass this error by scheduling from the camera's web interface.
