Applying firmware updates to multiple WattBoxes

Supported devices: 150, 250, and 800 series WattBoxes

To bulk update WattBoxes at a Customer Location:

1. Go to Categories > Power.

2. Select up to 200 WattBoxes to update.

3. Click the Bulk Actions dropdown and select Update.

   

4. Verify the information in the Confirm firmware update window. If it's correct, type the number of WattBoxes in the Device Count field.

   

5. Click Update. The user that triggers the update will receive an email summary after the updates completed or timed out. This may take about 20 minutes.
