Lux Advanced Wiring Guide

Introduction

This guide provides wiring diagrams for configurations not covered in the individual Lux devices' installation guides.

Control4 Lux lighting products feature convenient dual quick-connect holes with the ability to daisy-chain devices for convenient installation.

You must use the same type and gauge of wire in each terminal for proper connection.
Strip wire insulation by 1/2 inch (13 mm). A wire strip gauge is provided on the back of each Lux device.
Hand-tighten the terminal screws until they are snug.

When wiring a 3- or 4-way configuration, first determine which wall box contain the line (in) and which contains the load (out).
