Best practices for installing your Luma Insights Bridge:

• Make sure all your drivers are up to date on all devices. In Composer, select Tools, then go to Manager Drivers and Agents to ensure that you are using the latest drivers.

• Update all your devices to the current OS (minimum OS is OS 3.4.0). In Composer, select Tools > Update Manager to update the OS.

• Use OvrC to confirm that you are using the latest firmware releases.

• Install the Luma Bridge is placed in a well-ventilated area, avoiding proximity to high heat sources. The Bridge processes significant amounts of data, and overheating can result in a suboptimal experience.

• We recommend that you use DHCP reservations for your cameras, bridge, Chime VDB, and Control4 controllers.
