Episode Business Music Solution

Episode Business Music Solution (EBMS) brings the Episode sound trusted by professionals worldwide to enterprise-level audio solutions for commercial spaces.

Connect up to 16 sources—whether unbalanced or balanced, line or microphone, prerecorded or live—and distribute the sources to up to 8 zones.

Tailor the audio with tools to optimize gain structure, frequency response, and dynamic behavior. Input and output EQ, along with microphone processing features such as ducking, compression, gating, and de-essing, give you precise control over system tuning.

Episode Business Music Solution comprises the following devices:

  • Digital signal processors: EBMS DSPs are purpose-built for commercial audio, featuring high-powered processing and matrixing. They are MoIP- and OvrC-enabled.

  • Amplifiers: These feature selectable 70V/100V/4Ω/8Ω outputs with up to 350W per channel. Powerful audio processing and matrixing make this an ideal standalone solution for small installs.

  • Mixamps: When you need more than just an amp, but not as much power as a digital signal processor, EBMS mixamps blend both devices for a compact but effective solution.

  • Wall plates: These IP54-rated accessories provide additional flexibility.

    • Zone controller: Change the source and volume in a zone without using the online interface.

    • Sound leveling: Automatically adjusts the audio volume based on ambient noise.

    • RCA: Connect an RCA device for broadcasting.

    • Microphone: Connect an XLR microphone for announcements.

    • Bluetooth: Connect a Bluetooth device as an audio source.

Integration with Ryff and Binary MoIP

EBMS hardware can be integrated with both Ryff and Binary MoIP.

DSPs fully support MoIP audio (Rx and Tx) and can be integrated into MoIP 900 or MoIP 960 systems with the addition of a Binary MoIP Controller. The EBMS DSPs can also receive Ryff streams via the MoIP network from any Ryff-enabled device.

WP-ZONE, WP-BT, and WP-RCA wall plates fully support MoIP audio as transmitters and can be integrated into MoIP 900 or MoIP 960 systems with the addition of a Binary MoIP Controller.
