Connections

Caution: Power off all other network devices before connecting the router.

1. Power input — Connect the supplied power cable.

2. LAN/WAN SFP port — LAN/WAN combo port. Configure this port in the local interface.

   Pro Tip: If connecting to a switch capable of speeds higher than 1G, manually set the switch's SFP port speed to 1G to avoid potential negotiation issues.

3. LAN/WAN RJ45 port — LAN/WAN combo port. Configure this port in the local interface.

4. LAN port — Connect a client device such as a network switch, computer, etc.

5. WAN port — Connect the internet gateway (modem).

6. Console port — Not currently in use.

7. Reset button — Refer to LEDs & reset procedures.

Connect the supplied power cable to the router after making all other network connections.
