Smart Skills: Controlling Power Remotely with WattBox and OvrC

It’s 4 p.m. on Super Bowl Sunday, and the Carolina Panthers have finally made it back to the big game. You have just finished your face paint when your phone rings:
"Help!" exclaims your client. "Our Roku is locked up and we are hosting the neighborhood watch party in two hours! How quickly can you get here?"
How can you make it to the client's house and back in time for kickoff? Have no fear, OvrC is here!
To remotely manage power using WattBox and OvrC, follow these steps:
First, log Into OvrC and connect to the customer’s WattBox. Second, perform a power cycle on the Roku from the WattBox outlet controls.
Step One: Login to OvrC and connect to the customer’s WattBox
In a browser, log into app.ovrc.com using your dealer credentials.
Click LIST from the Customers menu.
Select the customer's site that is having the issue.
Click the DEVICES tab.
From the listed devices, select the WattBox controlling the customer's Roku
Player.
Step Two: perform a power cycle on the Roku from the WattBox outlet controls.
In the Outlet Controls section, identify which outlet the Roku Player is plugged.
Click the reboot icon and then click the CONFIRM button to power cycle the customer's Roku Player.
Note that this reset process may take a couple minutes for the cycle to complete.
